Color studies are conducted with an automatic pipette robot. The dyeing process is performed in sample machines equipped with electric heaters. To verify the accuracy of the color, spectrometer values are measured according to the light standards specified by the customer. Based on the measured values, a color swatch is prepared with alternatives to be presented for customer approval.

– X-Rite Spectrophotometer: Used for measuring color accuracy.

– 3 Light Boxes for Color Evaluation: For assessing color under different light sources.

– 1 Standard Series Fume Hood: Used to ventilate gases during chemical processes.

– Robot Dosage-Pipette System: 120 dye capacity with a 24-tube reservoir, used for automatic dosage and pipetting.

– pH Meter Measurement Stand: Used for measuring the pH of the dye solution.

– Hanging Drying Oven: Used for drying dyed fabrics.
